About Laura Fisio Móvil
My name is Laura den Boeft, born and raised in the Netherlands. As a physiotherapist, my passion lies in restoring and maintaining people’s freedom of movement. After years of thoroughly enjoying my work in clinical rehabilitation, I went on to run my own home-visit practice in the Netherlands with that same enthusiasm. Now, I am bringing this experience to Spain, focusing entirely on providing high-quality, at-home physiotherapy through my own mobile practice.
In addition to my foundational training in physiotherapy, I successfully completed a Master’s degree in Geriatric Physiotherapy. While the term “geriatrics” is often immediately associated with the elderly, at an academic level, this specialization goes much deeper. It ensures that, besides treating common physical complaints, I am highly specialized in complex health issues and multimorbidity (situations where multiple physical or neurological conditions interact simultaneously).
Whether you are rehabilitating after an acute medical event, dealing with chronic complaints, or managing multiple overlapping limitations: I look beyond just the symptoms. I understand how the body’s different systems are interconnected and tailor the treatment entirely to that, creating a targeted approach that fits seamlessly into your daily life.
Vision
I believe that true quality of life begins with freedom, independence, and personal autonomy. A healthy and vital life means being able to decide for yourself what your day looks like, making choices that suit you, and continuing to do the things that bring you joy. Whether that means smoothly walking up the stairs and staying self-sufficient at home, or confidently picking up your favorite sport, work, or hobbies again.
My philosophy is simple: we do it together. In my view, physiotherapy is not a passive treatment where you become dependent on someone else to stay healthy. It is a partnership. Together with you, I map out your goals and we build toward your physical independence. The ultimate goal is for you to regain full control and confidence over your own body.
Because every request for help is unique, I tailor my support to exactly what you need to achieve that independence. Where one person might need intensive rehabilitation and a structured schedule, another might benefit most from practical tips, targeted advice, or that extra bit of encouragement. We work in a way that suits your situation and at your own pace, but always with the same goal on the horizon: helping you move stronger, more freely, and with complete independence.
